Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation:

• Notice Period: Patients are encouraged to cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance to allow the clinic to manage its schedule effectively.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be noted, but no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy:

• No Refunds: Al Rashid Homoeopathy does not offer refunds for any canceled appointments, regardless of the notice period.
• Treatment Packages: Payments for treatment packages, individual consultations, or homeopathic medicines are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

• Clinic Cancellations: If the clinic cancels or reschedules an appointment, patients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost, but no refunds will be issued.
